JT-6HMRB Plot Seeder

The JT-6HMRB is a trailing gooseneck hitch design featuring six Bourgault PLS single shoot hoe type openers and three Bourgault MRBIII units. A three-point hitch adapter allows the tractors three point hitch to carry the weight of the front end of the seeder allowing a smaller tractor to be used.

  • Six openers on 9-inch spacing on two ranks spaced 42 inches apart, with a separate toolbar for three mid-row banding units

​

  • Trailing gooseneck with 2-5/16" ball hitch installed on the tractor's drawbar minimized turning radius and allows for a smaller tractor to be used.

​

  • Operator platform has a fixed vertical ladder for access, a pair of suspension seats with seatbelts, safety railing, and a seed tray.

​

  • Large Wintersteiger belt cone is auto-tripped using a trip signal from the Trimble GPS controller.

​

  • A whisker switch and magnetic clutch are used to engage the metering drives.​

​

  • Variable ground-driven Zero-Max transmissions with micro-dials allow for simple adjustability of the metering rate.​
