First Look at the R-Tech Rover in Action

We're excited to share the first look at our latest project with University of Winnipeg’s Digital Agriculture Project, Terrabyte. The R-Tech Rover will be used to navigate soybean plots collecting hyperspectral and 3D imaging for purposes of phenotyping and training machine learning models. The Rover's control system was designed and installed by Shea Hunt of Valley Prototyping Solutions. This project involved collaboration with other local companies including Manitoba Pulse & Soybean Growers, and Northstar Robotics. We are looking forward to continuing to develop this project with the University of Winnipeg and other industry partners.
